Driving School Services in Australia (DSSA) promotes driving schools and instructors via various advertising means and draws potential learner drivers to our 1300 inbound number or to the http://www.DSSA.com.au website. The 'Base' service is a networked customer booking and management systems for driving instructors. Unlike other advertising models, DSSA works on a performance basis. We allow driving instructors use of the 'Base' system for the exchange of allowing us to provide them with extra customers. For each extra booking we provide them there is a small commission payable. So if an instructor was to use the 'Base' service to manage their customers and bookings and we never provided them with any extra customer via our website or 1300 number then the service would be free for them to use. If we provide a driving school with a new learner driver lesson booking via our website and that learner driver has 10 more lessons that they book with the Instructor in the vehicle. The driving school only pays a small commission on the first lesson made via the dssa.com.au website. All instructors that choose to use DSSA's service must keep their bookings up to date via the mobile booking interface, thus requiring them to have a suitable mobile device such as a mobile phone/PDA converged device or laptop with gprs or cdma connectivity. |

Inbound Transparency ($Contact for pricing) |
For inbound transparency we provide your driving school with a unique inbound phone number to forward your advertised business number to and a hosted PABX system to manage your calls. Doing this ensures that you have complete control over the portability and use of your own number. Customers wishing to use this service require an interview so we can find out the types of services they offer and the manner in which they wish their calls to be handled. With inbound transparency you may transfer your inbound number at will, so if you are available to take calls you may do so and use either the web or mobile interfaces to make the bookings. |
| DIRECT LINKS ($10 per/month) | For driving schools with a web presence we can provide a direct link to your information and click to call button. If you are a registered DSSA school using our mobile booking system you will receive two links one to your freecall button and one to your booking information. |
| NON DSSA LISTING CONTROL (1 seat $399 per/year) | DSSA lists and contrtols the data stored for things like lesson prices and what services you offer, we from time to time update this information and in the future may allow students to directly report such things. We understand however some instructors and driving schools may wish to have more control over what is presented so we have begun to offer this service. For those wishings to be in control we offer both online, mobile-web and SMS interfaces which will update your listing with a delay of no more then 24hrs. |
